  • Payment Methods: We accept payment methods avaiable in checkout of this website .

  • Shipping Carriers: We use third-party couriers to fulfill shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences. However, if your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy (available in your account dashboard or footer links) for instructions .
